The Personal Statement

• Often regarded as the primary essay for the Common Application, we leverage our years of experience to guide students in crafting a compelling narrative that authentically showcases an essential part of who they are. Along the way, we help students improve their writing skills which will benefit them in college and beyond.

Supplemental Essays

• Many schools require additional essays that supplement the personal statement in order to get a clear insight into who each student is. Some of these prompts include short questions while others may ask for additional longer format essays. In either case, our writing specialists will guide students throughout the entire process using idea development, clear feedback, and a fresh perspective prior to submission.

Institutional Essays

• While the majority of colleges today accept the Common Application, there still are a few schools who rely on their own applications and essays. This process is quite similar to submitting one of the universal format applications, however, we encourage our students to maintain a clear message throughout their writings. We create a safe place for students to write about personal topics that could give Admissions Officers a deeper understanding of each student’s individuality.
